KANNAPOLIS, N.C. – Sophomore
Jeep Patrick finished tied for fifth place at the Irish Creek Intercollegiate at The Club at Irish Creek on Tuesday afternoon. This marks Patrick's third career top-five finish.
Presbyterian finished in fifth place with a three-round score of 875 (+23). The  Blue Hose posted a third-round score of 295 (+11). Catawba won the tournament title with a three-round score of 856 (+4).  Patrick shot an even par round of 71 on his third round to finish the tournament with a three-round score of 211 (-2). North Carolina A&T's Ignacio Zapata won the tournament with a three-round score of 208 (-5).
Notables
- Patrick recorded three birdies and 12 pars on his final round.
- Junior Spence Hagood finished tied for 19th with a three-round score of 217 (+4). He shot a final round 74 (+3) with two birdies and 12 pars on his round.
- Freshman James Rhodes finished tied for 36th with a three-round score of 223 (+10). He shot a final round 75 (+4) with 15 pars on his round.
- Sophomore Richard Anaclerio finished tied for 53rd place with a three-round score of 227 (+14). He shot a final round of 74 (+4) with three birdies and 10 pars on his round.
- Sophomore Gage Gaskins finished tied for 57th place with a three-round score of 228 (+15). On his final round, he shot a 78 (+7) with 11 pars on the round.
- Senior Austin Skoog recorded a three-round score of  236 (+23). On his final round, he shot a 79 (+8) with two birdies and nine pars on the round.
