2021: Named to the Big South All-Academic team…Saw action in nine games with seven starts in goal…Posted 23 saves and recorded a shutout against North Greenville (8/30)…Collected five saves against Gardner-Webb (10/30), USC Upstate  (11/3), and Winthrop (11/7).

Spring 2021: Played in five games while making four starts and totaled 441:34 minutes in goal… allowed eight goals with a 1.63 GAA and a team-high 16 saves… Picked up wins against Erskine (2/19) and Lees-McRae (2/24)… recorded season-high five saves against Erskine (2/19) and Gardner-Webb (3/14)… added four saves in a 0-0 draw against Longwood (2/28)… Earned a 6-0 shutout victory against Lees-McRae (2/24)…

2019: Started all 19 games he played in and totaled 1715:35 minutes in goal ... Allowed 37 goals against with a 1.94 GAA and 55 saves ... Picked up wins against Middle Georgia State (9/24), Longwood (10/5), Radford (10/9), USC Upstate (10/19) and Winthrop (11/10) ... Recorded a season-high seven saves against High Point (10/16) and UNC Asheville (11/6) ... Earned a 1-0 shutout victory against Radford (10/9).

2018: (Northern Michigan) Started 13 of 14 games played, totaling 1295:46 minutes … Allowed 15 goals against with a 1.04 GAA and 67 saves … Ranked #13 in save percentage (.817), #46 in goals against average (1.042) and #45 in saves per game (4.79) … Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week (10/1) with 200 minutes played, 15 saves and a pair of shutouts.

High School: Attended Freiherr-vom-Stein Schule Hessisch Lichtenau.

Personal: Valentin Kliebe is the son of Michael and Christiana Kliebe … Born in Hessisch, Germany … Chose PC for close family environment and a chance to win a Big South Championship while also receiving a great education … Biggest influences on his life was his club coaches back in Germany who engrained in him a desire to work hard and pursue his passion.
