Biography

Presbyterian:
2025 – Named to the NCATA Academic Honor Roll. Part of the Pyramid Open Heat team that recorded the program’s first-ever Perfect 10 against Saint Leo on March 22. Part of the Pyramid Open Heat team that finished the season with Perfect 10s in each of the final three meets. Also participated in the Acro 6-Element and 7-Element Heats, and the Toss Synchronized and Open Heats.

2024 - Played a role in helping the Blue Hose set program records for overall score and in the Team Event in the road win at King (3/5)…In seven meets, she competed in the Compulsory Acro and Toss Heats,  5-Element Acro Heat, 450 Salto, and Synchronized Toss Heats, and the Team Event…Against Saint Leo (4/11), she competed in the Compulsory Acro and Toss Heats, 6-Element Acro Heat, Synchronized and Open Toss Heats, and the Team Event.

2023 - Competed in all seven meets...Competed in the Synchronized Pyramid and Team Events.

2022 - Did not compete due to injury. 

High School: Helped Woodgrove HS to a state championship … Level 9 two-time bronze medalist on vault and silver medalist on vault ... Level 8 silver medalist on vault ... Level 7 three-time gold medalist on vault and three-time silver medalist on floor … Earned the Most Coachable, Best Attitude and Team Leader awards ... Graduate of the Academies of Loudoun ... Member of the National Honor Society, Science Honor Society, the National Society of High School Scholars and Student Council.
 
Club: Clubbed with Apex Gymnastics.
 
Personal: Born Dilara Sydney Michlena in Leesburg, Va., to Demet and Justice Michlena … Chose PC because I love the environment, the drive everyone has, and how the campus feels like home.
