2010: Started all 54 games… Led the team in hits (68), at-bats (218), doubles (15), sacrifice hits (14)… Ranked second the team in batting average (.312)… Tallied 83 total bases, third on the team… Finished fifth in runs (31) and walks (17)… Stole seven bases… Recorded four hits in three different games (2/21 at USC Upstate, 2/27 vs. Mount St. Mary’s and 4/25 vs. Liberty)… Tallied six assists against USC Upstate (4/7).

2009: Played in 45 games, starting 42 ... Tied for third on the team with a .311 average ... Posted a team-best 14 sacrifices (12 hits, two flies) ... Fifth on the squad with 50 hits ... Went four-for-five with three runs scored in the win over UAB ... Was four-for-four with a run scored at The Citadel ... Drove in two in the win at UAB while recording his only home run of the season ... Finished tied for third on the team with 15 multi-hit games.

2008: Played in 12 games for the Blue Hose including one start against The Citadel ... In that start went 1-2 with a walk.

High School: Played for Mark Smith at Abbeville High School ... Four-year starter at Abbeville High School ... Two-time all-Lakelands selection ... Charleston Showcase Most Valuable Player in 2006 ... Wendy's High School Heisman nominee ... Hite was also a standout on the gridiron and was named all-Lakelands in football in 2006.

Personal: Mack Seal Hite was born October 11, 1988 in Anderson, S.C. ... Son of Debby and Tommy Hite ... Second person in his family to sign to play baseball at PC as his older brother Thomas "Tombo" Hite III was a former captain on the Blue Hose baseball team ... Majoring in education.
