Joining the Cougars this season are several newcomers, including forward Owen McCormack (Advance, N.C.), guard CJ Melton (Hoover, Ala.), Zeb Graham (Fort Mill, S.C.), Sean Jenkins (Spartanburg, S.C.) , Luka Jaksic (Woodstock, Ga.), and Michael Isler (Albany, Ga.) ... McCormack has a very high basketball IQ and is extremely skilled and stretches the floor with his ability to shoot the ball from 3pt ... He is an excellent student and fits the way they like to play with his skill set, but also has some toughness and ability to rebound the ball ... Melton has very high ceiling and can play multiple positions on the offensive end and provides some great length on the defensive end with his long wingspan... He is a worker and has a great passion to play and develop ... Graham is a very talented guard who can play both the point guard and shooting guard positions ... He has a natural ability to score the basketball from all three levels on the court ... His combination of speed and quickness will allow him to be a dynamic player at PC ... Jenkins is an extremely skilled offensive player ... At 6-4 his ability to shoot the basketball is second to none ... He also has the ability to play make for his teammates and he possesses great vision on the court as well ... Jaksic is a very skilled big guy who will bring a lot of versatility to our basketball team ... He has the ability to make shots out to the three-point line, while also being able to put the ball on the floor to attack the basket ... Luka has a great understanding of the game and is a terrific passer ... Isler is a young man who is very athletic, he has the chance to be one of the better athletes in the Big South from day one ... He brings a lot of versatility to the perimeter and paint and plays with great energy and effort on offense and defense ...
