2014: Made 13 appearances (eighth-most on the team) and started five games… Posted a 5.70 earned run average, second-best in the PC bullpen… Ranked sixth on the pitching staff with 27 strikeouts… Made his first appearance and first start against NC Central (2/19), throwing a season-high seven innings and striking out a season-high nine (fourth-most ever in a PC game and the highest for any Blue Hose this season)… Allowed zero runs in two straight appearances against UNC Asheville (3/15) and Georgia (3/18) and again at the end of the season against UCF (5/11) and Gardner-Webb (5/16)… Struck out five at NC Central (5/6)… Held Wofford (4/23) without a run and a hit in an inning of work… Helped PC to a 7-0 shutout of UNC Asheville on March 15.
High School: Played baseball for four years at Bandys High School in Catawba, N.C., helping the team win a conference and conference tournament championship as a senior...
