Biography

2023: Tackled an opposing ball-carrier 13 times in a more subdued secondary role, including a four-yard sack on the road against Davidson (Oct. 28)...Appeared in each contest as a junior, going for a season-best four stops versus Wofford (Sept. 16), a result which gave the Pioneer Football League its first-ever victory over a representative of the Southern Conference...Grabbed his first Blue Hose interception in the conference opener at Butler (Sept. 30), denying a red zone drive from the Bulldogs in the opening half.

2022: Experienced a sizable jolt in production as a sophomore, landing 59 tackles on the year (placing third among all PC players), starting nine out of 11 appearances in the secondary...38 of those stops came solo (another figure ranking third on the team), going three straight weeks with a tackle behind the line of scrimmage in the early stages of PFL territory...Followed up on a career-best 13 tackles (eight by himself) versus Davidson (9/24) by recording his first collegiate sack at Morehead State in the next bout (a 12-yard loss in the 4th quarter)...Progressed through a six-game stretch with at least six tackles from 9/24-10/29, capped off by his second double-digit stop total at Marist (11)...Deflected two passes on the season, forcing a fumble in PC's home finale against Dayton (11/5).

Fall 2021: Didn’t play during the fall 2021 season…

Before PC: He was an all-region and all-state honoree at The Carolina Academy… was a member of the school's baseball, basketball & track and field programs… received all-region and all-state honors in track and field as well… he chose to come to PC because it made him feel at home… his biggest influence growing up has been his mother because she taught him how to stay and fight and be stronger… he intends to major in business administration….
