Biography

2023-24: Started in the first five games of the 2023-24 season for the Blue Hose before suffering a season-ending injury... scored 41 points with an average of 8.2 points per game... took a 36.6 shooting percentage while hitting 15-of-41 shots from the field... went 8-of-28 from distance to secure a 27.6 three-point field goal percentage... went a perfect 3-of-3 from the free throw line... also recorded 13 rebounds, six assists, and two steals... scored double-digit points in three of her five games... took a season-high of six rebounds and three assists against CIU.

2022-23: Played in all 30 games during the 2022-23 season with starts in 18 contests including 14 league games… finished third on the team averaging 8.7 points/game including a season-high 18 points vs Winthrop (1/4) and USC Upstate (1/18)… earned All-Freshman team honors… had 13 double-figure scoring performances… connected on a team-high 65 threes which ranked third among Big South players… she connected on multiple threes in 14 games including 10 conference contests… in conference play, she finished second on the team with 10.6 points/game including a team-high 48 threes which was tied for second among league players… earned Freshman of the Week honors following wins over Longwood (2/8) and UNC Asheville (2/11) that saw Kierscht tally 12.5 points/game and eight three-pointers in the victories… her 65 threes puts her seventh in the Blue Hose DI single-season record book… Kierscht along with Sjökvist became the first Blue Hose duo to land all-freshman honors in the same season since 2009-10…

Prior to PC: She became the program's all-time leading scorer at Salina Central with 1,685 in her career. Kierscht broke the school-record in career three pointers (317), single-season three-pointers (113), points in a game (40) and points in a season (518). She was named 5A player of the year by Central Kansas Sports. 1st Team All-State Honoree by multiple publications. First Team AVCTI. SIT MVP and All-Tournament Team along with state tournament first team honoree. Kierscht also was honored with the All-League Academic Team.
