Borchers played in 48 games during her time at ECU where she contributed 24 goals and 23 assists for a total of 47 points. He sophomore year was one to remember as she scored 16 and added 20 assists to finish second on the team in points with 36. Her 1.18 assists per game ranked sixth in the American Conference while her 20 helpers set a new ECU single-season record. She was named to the AAC Weekly Honor Roll along with the AAC All-Academic Team in her junior and senior years.
Borchers is currently a PA student at Presbyterian and is on course to become a physician assistant.
