2024: Made 16 starts across 54 sets as a senior… ranked third on the team with 126 kills (2.33 per set)… totaled 153.0 points… added a team-tying 22 service aces and 145 digs… contributed nine total blocks… finished second on the team in service aces per set (0.41).

2023: Competed and started in 24 matches with action in 89 sets during her debut season as a Blue Hose... led the team with an average of 2.70 kills per set with a total of 240 kills on the year including 12 double-digit kill matches... led the team with an average of 3.14 points per set with 279.5 points on the season... also added 13 service aces and 21 assists offensively... team runner up for 234 digs with an average of 2.63 digs per set... locked in a .936 reception percentage with 34 receptions on the year... put up 12 solo blocks, 29 block assists, and 41.0 total blocks... finished the season with eight double-doubles highlighted by a match against Gardner-Webb where she recorded 23 digs and 13 kills... CSC Academic All-District... Big South Second Team All-Conference.

Prior to PC: Rowe saw action in 110 sets over 34 matches while a member of the University of Albany. In 2022, Rowe tallied 216 kills, 113 digs, and 35 blocks for the Great Danes. She added double-figure kills in nine matches, highlighted by 26 kills against Coastal Carolina. On the defensive end, Rowe totaled two matches with 15+ digs resulting in a pair of double-doubles against Siena and New Hampshire. In 2022 she also earned All-Academic District honors.
