CHARLESTON, S.C.- The Presbyterian College women's tennis team dropped a Big South Conference match on the road Tuesday, falling to Charleston Southern, 7-0. 

PC moves to 11-5 (0-3 BSC) and heads to Longwood on Saturday at 11 a.m. Charleston Southern improves to 12-2 and 6-1 in conference play.

In doubles, Charleston Southern's Angelica Sidorenko and Mi'Kola Cooper defeated the No. 1 pairing of Claire-Mitchell Andrews (Tampa, Fla.) and Brittany Nuttall (Atlanta, Ga.) in an 8-1 result. PC's No. 2 duo of Caroline deLoach (Columbia, S.C.) and Sara McBride (Travelers Rest, S.C.) fell by the same score to Nicolin Luecke and Yvonne Hubler. The Bucs' Sophie Cloessner and Marketa Placha took the third flight match over Antonia Conze (Willich, Germany) and Madison Utberg (Roswell, Ga.), 8-0. 

In singles play, Nuttall dropped her top-flight match to Placha, 6-1, 6-0, while Andrews fell at No. 2 to Huber, 6-3, 6-0. Charleston Southern's Sidorenko won over deLoach at line 3, 6-1, 6-0. The bottom three flights all suffered setbacks against the Buccaneers as McBride (6-1, 6-3), Utberg (6-0, 6-0), and Conze (6-1, 6-0) dropped their matches in straight sets.
