PC improves to 4-7 on the year, while UCA dips to 5-6.

- Junior Allie Wright equaled her season high with nine kills on a team-best .350 hitting percentage. She also led Presbyterian with five blocks.

How it Happened

- A 5-0 run in the first set helped the Blue Hose race out to a 10-3 advantage. UCA whittled the margin to as little as three at 12-9, but PC countered with an 8-3 spurt to put the opening set beyond reach.

- Presbyterian got off to a strong start again in the second set, jumping in front 4-1. PC maintained the lead until a 5-0 Central Arkansas run put the Sugar Bears on top, 14-12. However, the next six points went to the Blue Hose, giving PC an edge they did not relinquish for the remainder of the set.

- In the third set, a 9-7 Presbyterian advantage quickly turned into a 13-9 lead for UCA after a six-point spurt. The Sugar Bears then closed out the set with runs of 5-0 and 3-0.

- The Blue Hose came out hot in the fourth set, opening up on a 9-2 run. Central Arkansas closed the gap to one on a pair of occasions, but a 6-1 run helped PC pull away.
