Blue Hose Travel To Wofford For Saturday Matchup

CLINTON, S.C. – The Presbyterian College women's tennis hits the road for the first of two straight road matches beginning on Saturday against Wofford. The match with the Terriers is slated for a 1 pm start from Reeves Tennis Center.

MATCHUP: Presbyterian (0-4) at Wofford (4-0)
TIME: Saturday February 15, 1 pm
LOCATION: Reeves Tennis Center (Spartanburg, S.C.)   

COACH ROBERTS ON THE WEEKEND
"We are really looking forward to playing against Wofford on Saturday afternoon, said head coach Joel Roberts. "It was unfortunate that we had to reschedule our match last weekend so I know the team is really ready to play against someone in a different uniform."
 
THE OPPONENTS
- Wofford comes into Saturday's match with a 4-0 mark on the spring coming off of a 4-3 win in Asheville on Sunday. They were slated to host Gardner-Webb on Wednesday but that match was postponed.
- The Terriers hold an 8-2 record all-time against the Blue Hose. Wofford earned a 4-3 win in last year's matchup with Presbyterian.
 
LAST TIME OUT
- The Presbyterian College women's tennis team match against Western Carolina was postponed with it being rescheduled for Friday March 13th at 2 pm in Clinton.
- In the Blue Hose last on court action, PC dropped a 4-0 decision against Elon on January 25th in Elon.
 
UP NEXT
- Presbyterian hits the road once again on Saturday February 22nd for a 1 pm match against Georgia Southern in Statesboro.
