Men's Tennis Travels to Davidson on Wednesday

CLINTON, S.C. – The Presbyterian College men's tennis team hits the road on Wednesday evening to take on Davidson.

MATCHDAY CENTRAL
MATCHUP: Presbyterian College (3-7) at Davidson (6-2)
TIME: Wednesday, February 26 – 5 pm
LOCATION: Knobloch Tennis Center (Davidson, N.C.)

THE OPPONENT
- The Wildcats have been off since Feb. 15 when they beat Wingate and North Carolina A&T to snap a two-match losing skid.
- Presbyterian is 3-6 against Davidson in its DI era, including a 4-3 road win last year.
- In last year's contest, Max Benson, Nicholas McKinney and Jaime Castillo-Lopez each won their singles matches, while the doubles teams of Benson/Castillo-Lopez and McKinney/Alberto Conde gave the Blue Hose the double point.

LAST TIME OUT
- The Blue Hose played a pair of matches last weekend, edging Appalachian State 4-3 and falling at #15 South Carolina 7-0.
- Benson and Teo Cariov both went 2-1 for the weekend, with each winning in singles play against App State. The two then teamed up to seal the doubles point, which clinched the match victory against the Mountaineers.
