Last Time Out...
Presbyterian took one out of three in its three-game Big South Conference series against Longwood last weekend. The Lancers shutout the Blue Hose 7-0 in the opener of Saturday's double dip, but PC bounced back to toss a shutout of its own in game two, 3-0. Presbyterian's game two victory snapped a seven-game losing streak for the Blue Hose against the Lancers. Longwood took the series victory with a 4-1 win on Sunday.

Final Road Trip...
After having its doubleheader at College of Charleston canceled on Tuesday, the Blue Hose are set to begin their final road stretch of the regular season on Friday at Radford. After the three-game set in Virginia, PC visits Furman for a Tuesday twin bill, then closes out its regular season with its last five games at home.

Haselden Continues Strong Senior Campaign...
In Saturday's win over Longwood, senior southpaw Haley Haselden picked up her second straight shutout and fourth overall this season. The four shutouts tied Haselden for third-most in a single season in PC's DI era (since 2008), and also tied her with teammate Jenna Greene for third in career shutouts in the DI era with seven. For the season, Haselden owns a 2.06 ERA, which ranks second in the Big South. Overall, Presbyterian's 2.51 ERA is the second-lowest in the conference.

Scouting the Highlanders...
Radford's most recent conference series also came against Longwood, as the Highlanders took one out of three from the Lancers back on April 13-14. Earlier in the week, the Highlanders were edged 2-1 by Virginia. Radford is hitting .262 as a team, third in the Big South, and has four players hitting .300 or better, led by Sydney Fisher's .370 average, which is second in the conference.
