De Sousa Leads Blue Hose at Lander Invitational

GREENWOOD, S.C. – The Presbyterian College women's tennis team was led by Valentina De Sousa with a win in her flight at the Lander Invitational on Saturday.

De Sousa led the Blue Hose in singles play over the weekend with three wins in her flight along with freshman McKenzie Davis Claudia Sanchez, Claire Giddings and Lucianna Piedra each added a pair of singles wins.

The Blue Hose doubles pairs were led by Giddings and Madison Dennett as the duo tallied a pair of wins to finish second in the Flight Three on Friday morning.
