Men's Tennis Edged 4-3 by Campbell

BUIES CREEK, N.C... – The Presbyterian College men's tennis team fell in its Big South regular-season finale on Saturday by the score of 4-3 to Campbell at the Nisbet Tennis Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Campbell got out to a quick start with a 6-4 win at No. 2 doubles before Max Benson and Dusan Milanovic won at the No. 1 spot 7-6 (7-3) to bring it down to No. 3 doubles.
- The Fighting Camels took the doubles point with a 7-6 (7-4) win at the No. 3 spot to get the early 1-0 advantage.
Georgije Babic won his singles match in straight sets to even the match at one apiece.
- The hosts quickly regained the lead with a straight-set win at the top spot to take a 2-1 lead.
- PC continued to battle at Nicholas McKinney and Sebastian Dominguez each rallied to win three-setters to give the Blue Hose a 3-2 advantage.
- Campbell would win a pair of three-set matches of its own to clinch Saturday's match by the score of 4-3.

NOTES
- Babic earned his ninth singles win of the season on Saturday
- Dominguez tied the team lead with his 13th singles win while McKinney tallied his 10th of the year.
- McKinney has won his last five singles matches of the year.
- Benson and Milanovic improved to 16-4 in doubles with their win at the top spot for Presbyterian.

UP NEXT
- The Blue Hose play host to UNC Asheville in the opening round of the Big South Championship on Thursday at 2 p.m. from the Templeton Tennis Courts. The winner of Thursday's match will travel to Charlotte on April 23rd to face Campbell at the Marion Diehl Tennis Center.
