FARMVILLE, Va. – Forwards junior
Damorney Hutchinson and freshman
Victor Faaborg Christensen each scored their sixth goal of the season, but the Presbyterian Blue Hose (5-8-2, Big South: 2-3-1) lost to the Longwood Lancers (6-5-3, Big South: 1-4-1), 3-2, on the road on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- In the 19th minute, Presbyterian's Faaborg Christensen passed to Damian McGregor-Wickham inside the left side of the box. McGregor-Wickham crossed the ball to Hutchinson who beat a Longwood defender to the ball just in front of the goal. Hutchinson tapped the ball into the net for his sixth goal of the season.
- In the 36th minute, Longwood tied the score at one when James Bolger scored off a Ben Wilkinson assist.
- In the 39th minute, Longwood took a 2-1 lead after Darcy Moffat scored off a Bolger assist.
- In the 55th minute, Presbyterian Diego Hernandez stole the ball near midfield. He then sent a great ball up the middle of the field to a streaking Faaborg Christensen who beat two Longwood defenders to the ball. Faaborg Christensen just inside the top of the box blasted a left-footed shot past Longwood goalkeeper Lucas Muller into the back of the net tying the score at two. Faaborg Christensen's goal was his sixth of the season.
- In the 78th minute, Longwood's Miles Cooper scored the game-winning goal off an Iago Rodriguez assist.

Presbyterian finished the game with a 10-9 advantage in shots and a 5-3 advantage in corner kicks. Faaborg Christensen recorded three shots. Hutchinson and Hernandez collected two shots apiece.
