CLINTON, S.C. – The 13^th-ranked Presbyterian College women's wrestling team flexed their muscles on Friday night in front of a raucous atmosphere at Templeton Gymnasium, defiantly defeating both Bluefield State (43-5) and Allen University (38-8) to reign in their home debut with plenty of lopsided results.

Winning 85 percent of their bouts (17 out of 20) while boosting their season win count to 65, head coach Brian Vutianitis' crew saw practically no resistance as they collected their second and third dual wins of the young campaign.

Holding 26 pins and 12 technical falls going into the doubleheader, PC increased those numbers by eight (four falls and techs apiece) as they gathered some large momentum awaiting two duals and two tournaments over the rest of December.

Presby secured its most efficient effort of the semester from a statistical standpoint against Bluefield State, racing out of the gates with a 42-second pin by Reagan Riddick and a 10-0 TF from 136-pounder Cassia Zammit.

Another tech courtesy of Henlee Haynes and another pin by Ta'Niya Roberts rubbed some more salt in Bluefield State's wound, cementing the highest point total of the campaign for the reigning top-ten national finisher.

Similar dominance was on display for Vutianitis and co. during the 30-point drubbing against Allen, reaching another sub-60-second fall from freshman Alyssa Mahan (the team's leader in overall W's with 11) and an identical result by Haynes later on.

Charlee Shuler (123) and Ella Beam (191) added more technical's for a PC club that cruised to their 10^th and 11^th dual victories over the past 12 months.
