CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Ashlyn Traylor connected on a running layup at the buzzer on Thursday to push the fourth-seeded Radford past the Presbyterian College women's basketball team by the score of 69-68 in the Big South Quarterfinals at the Bojangles Coliseum. Bryanna Brady led the way with 17 points and 12 rebounds for her fourth double-double.

- PC got off to a quick start with the games opening four points before a 5-2 Highlanders run to cut it to one, 6-5, with 5:44 to play. The Blue Hose answered with a 6-0 run to quickly take a seven-point lead at 12-5. Radford used a 5-0 burst in the final minute to whittle the PC lead to 12-10 after one quarter.
- The Blue Hose opened the second quarter on a 7-3 run to push the lead to 19-13 with 7:38 to play in the second frame. The Highlanders answered with six of the following eight points over the next four minutes to cut the PC advantage to two, 21-19. Radford scored five of the final nine points in the half to make it 25-24 Blue Hose after 20 minutes.
- Presbyterian opened the second half fast with five of the first seven points to take a four-point lead, 30-26, with 7:13 to go in the third quarter. The Highlanders answered with a 7-2 burst to take a 33-32 lead with 5:11 to play in the quarter. The two teams traded quick runs, with Radford holding a 39-37 lead with 2:53 to play. PC closed the third quarter, scoring six of the final 10 points to even at 43 heading to the fourth quarter.
- Radford began the fourth quarter on a 10-3 run that pushed the lead out to seven, 53-46, with 7:18 to go. The Blue Hose responded quickly with a seven-point burst to even it at 53 at the media timeout. The Highlanders pushed back in front by five with a quick 5-0 spurt out of the media break with a three from Mara Neira, followed by an Ashley Carrillo layup to make it 58-57 Radford with 3:05 to go. The Highlanders could extend it to 63-59 with 41 seconds left before a three from Neira pushed it back down to a 63-62 game, forcing a Radford timeout with 31 seconds to go. The Highlanders connected on three straight at the line before Neira did it again with a three to push it to 66-65 for Radford with 13 seconds to go. The Highlanders made one-of-two at the line before Christina Kline drew her first foul, shooting a three and burying all three shots before the Highlanders converted the winner and advanced to the semis.

- Brady picked up her fourth double-double of the season on Thursday, and it was also her fourth against a Big South foe with a team-high 17 points and 12 rebounds. Neira added 15 points on five threes with two rebounds and two steals. Christina Kline added 10 points, four rebounds, and a team-high five assists. Kline, along with Ashley Carrillo, each finished with a team-best five assists. Ashlyn Traylor led the Highlanders with 19 points and six rebounds, as Vanessa Blake finished with 13 points and Carmen Williams tallied 12. Rachel LaLonde finished with 11 points, seven rebounds, and three steals. Oliva Wagner added 10 points, four rebounds, and a team-high three assists.
