CLINTON, S.C. – The Presbyterian College baseball could not overcome early offense from Georgia State as the visiting Panthers defeated the Blue Hose 10-5 on Sunday afternoon in the series finale from the PC Baseball Complex.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Georgia State started fast on Sunday with four runs to jump to the early lead over the Blue Hose.
- The Panthers pushed across a pair of runs in the second and three more in the third to push the lead out to 9-0 after 2.5 innings.
- Presbyterian took advantage of a Panthers error in the third to score a run and cut the deficit to 9-1.
- GSU added a run in the eighth to push it to 10-1.
- PC pushed across three in the eighth, starting with an RBI single from Jake Randolph, before a pair of Panthers errors pushed across two more runs to make it 10-4. The Blue Hose pushed across one in the bottom of the ninth before Georgia State secured the 10-5 win.

- Brody Fahr, Jay Wetherington, and Joel Dragoo paced the offense on Sunday with a pair of hits apiece.
- Fahr has extended his hit streak to eight straight games, leading the way for PC. He has tallied multiple hits in a team-high five games this season.
