HOW IT HAPPENED
- Presbyterian swept Queens 3-0 in doubles starting with McKenzie Davis and Madison Dennett earning a 6-2 victory at the No. 2 spot. Lucianna Piedra and Mathilde Delaney won 6-3 at the No.1 spot, followed by a 6-4 win from Valentina De Sousa and Claudia Sanchez at the No. 3 spot.
- Delaney got the Blue Hose on the board quickly in singles with a 6-3, 6-3 win at the No. 4 spot, giving PC a 3-0 lead.
- Queens was able to take their first point with a 6-3, 6-2 win at the No. 1 spot before Dennett won another point for PC at the No. 6 spot with a 6-3, 6-2 victory.
- Sanchez won 6-4, 6-1 at the No. 3 spot followed by De Sousa at the No. 5 spot where she won 6-2, 6-3.
- Davis finished out the match at the No. 2 spot where she won 6-4, 7-6 (7-4).

NOTABLES
- Presbyterian is now 1-0 in the all-time series with Queens since this is the first time they have met since Presbyterian switched over to Division I.
- PC tied their best score in a dual match since they beat Newberry on October 19, 2022.
