KENNESAW, Ga. – The Presbyterian Blue Hose (2-3) lost to the Kennesaw State Owls (3-1), 85-67, on the road.
Jonah Pierce recorded his first double-double of the season with 14 points and 10 rebounds.
Jaylen Peterson scored a career-high 11 points.
HOW IT HAPPENED
FIRST HALF – Kennesaw State scored 11 of the first 12 points of the game taking control of the half. The closest the Blue Hose would get to the Owls in the half would be nine points with just over four minutes gone the game. Presbyterian trailed 46-27 at the half.
SECOND HALF – The Blue Hose outscored Kennesaw State 40-39 in the second half. After a basket from
Kaleb Scott and a dunk from
Kobe Stewart the Blue Hose cut Kennesaw State's lead to 65-49 with 10 minutes left on the clock. However, the Blue Hose were not able to get any closer the rest of the game.

Presbyterian travels to Texas for the Axe'Em Classic at Stephen F. Austin University on November 21-23. The Blue Hose play the host team Stephen F. Austin in their first game of the tournament this Thursday, November 21 at 7:30 p.m.
