HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Bonnies got on the board first with one run in the top of the first inning.
- The Blue Hose answered in the bottom of the second inning when Jackson Hugus was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded to tie up the game at one run apiece.
- Jay Wetherington hit an RBI single down the left field line before Noah Lebron scored on a wild pitch to put the Blue and Garnet ahead 3-1.
- St. Bonaventure took another run in the top of the third to cut their deficit to just one run.
- In the bottom of the fifth inning Ryan Ouzts hit a single up the middle to bring in Presby's fourth run of the day.
- SBU was trailing 4-2 before they scored once in the seventh and once in the ninth to tie up the ball game at 4 runs apiece.
- After almost four nail biting innings, Aaron Hobson hit a single to left field in the bottom of the 13th inning to get PC the momentum they needed. Hobson advanced to second on a wild pitch and then to third on a balk before Wetherington came up to bat. Wetherington hit a perfectly placed ball down the left field line to allow Hobson to easily run in for the game winner.

NOTABLES
- This 13-inning battle was the longest game that the program has seen since April 6, 2021 when PC defeated UNC Asheville after Brody Fahr scored the game winning run in the bottom of the 14th inning here at the PC Baseball Complex.
