David Mamalat recorded a straight sets win but the Presbyterian Blue Hose (6-9) lost to the 70
th-ranked Charlotte 49ers (12-6), 6-1, on the road on Friday afternoon.
DOUBLES
Charlotte captured the doubles point with wins at number three and one doubles.
SINGLES
Charlotte won five of the six singles matches to earn the overall victory. Charlotte posted wins at number four, six, three, five, and one singles. Then, Mamalat tallied his ninth win of the season with a 6-4, 6-3 victory on court two.
