PC Football to Hold Annual Fan Day Event on Thursday, August 22

CLINTON, S.C. – A marquee event on the Presbyterian College football team's preseason schedule, this year's edition of Blue Hose Fan Day is officially scheduled for Thursday, August 22 at 6:00 PM, sponsored by Self-Regional Healthcare.

Spectators are invited to Bailey Memorial Stadium where they can show their support of PC football free of charge. Enjoy live music, merchandise options, food and beverages, schedule posters, autograph sessions with student-athletes, and a publicized intersquad scrimmage to wrap up the highly-anticipated event.

This year's Fan Day festivities will be the first of its kind to take place in the evening, offering up numerous activities for adults and children alike.

Presbyterian is excited to announce that local musician and singer/songwriter Audrey Adams will be performing at the event. A concert stage will be positioned beside the Stadium for fans to enjoy. Concessions will also be provided.

Sign-ups for Scotty's Kids Club will also be available on Fan Day. Through the first hour of the event, fans can meet the PC football team and receive autographs from the Blue Hose.

Following the meet-and-greet with players and coaches, Presbyterian will take the field at approximately 7:00 for practice at the Stadium, also free of charge.

Head coach Steve Englehart enters his third campaign with PC in 2024, beginning the season on August 29 in a visiting capacity against Mercer.

The Blue Hose will compete in their home opener on Saturday, September 14 (the first of three consecutive home matchups) for an encounter with Virginia-Lynchburg. Kickoff is slated for 1:00 PM.

This season will field the 112th football team at Presbyterian College, gearing up for the school's fourth season affiliated with the Pioneer Football League.
