Blue Hose with Road Contest at Virginia Tech

The Presbyterian Blue Hose continue their stretch of four straight road games in Blacksburg, Virginia against ACC foe Virginia Tech on Thursday evening.

The Blue Hose lost to Queens, 3-1, on the road this past Monday. Damian McGregor-Wickham scored his first career goal for the Blue Hose.

SCOUTING VIRGINIA TECH
  • The Hokies enter the game with wins over North Florida (4-0) and UNC Asheville (2-0) and a 2-2 tie with No. 23 Kentucky.
  • Midfielders junior Sam Kolby and senior Ethan Hackenberg lead the Hokies with two goals. Four other Virginia Tech players have scored a goal this season. The Hokies have outscored their first three opponents 8-2 this year.
  • Head coach Mike Brizendine has led the Hokies' program since 2009.
