CLINTON, S.C. – After picking up a pair of hard-fought wins yesterday, the Presbyterian College baseball team (2-1) fell to the Georgetown Hoyas (1-2) on Saturday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- After a scoreless first inning, base hits from
Ryan Ouzts and
Matthew Rollison put runners in scoring position for the Blue Hose in the bottom of the second.

Jackson Hugus ripped an RBI single down the left field line, bringing Ouzts home to give PC a 1-0 lead.
- Georgetown's Tristan Head knocked one over the right center field fence with a runner on base to steal a 2-1 lead after four innings.
- The score stayed constant until the Hoyas picked up two more runs in the top of the seventh inning to extend their lead to 4-1.
- The Blue Hose were unable to score again while Georgetown picked up one final run in the ninth inning to close out the game 5-1.
