BURLINGTON, N.C. – In their second event of the fall 2025 schedule, the Presbyterian College women's golf team played two/thirds of the Elon Invitational and assembled a score of 600 (+32) on Monday afternoon.
That puts the Blue Hose in 12
th place through the first 36 holes, three strokes better than Big South counterpart USC Upstate. Teams will complete the two-day event in Burlington tomorrow.
James Madison and Elon (the hosting party) are tied for the top spot after Day One of the tournament, holding a team score of 570. Radford, Longwood, and Wofford follow closely behind to round out the top five.
NOTABLES
- Junior
Maddie Peake was PC's highest placer with 18 more holes left to play, tied for 31
st with a 147 score. She birdied three times within the first eight holes over the course of round one, earning a -2 individual score after the first 18.

Taylor Reaves was a stroke behind Peake at 148 on Monday, gaining four birdies solely in round two on her way to a 74 score in each respective round.
- Coming off a hole-in-one at the Golfweek Fall Challenge to begin her sophomore season,
Sloane Spessard has posted a score of 149 after the first 36 holes. In round two, she made par for nine of the final 10 holes.

Emma Louise Hunt parred the last four to finish with a 156 count, while
Gabi Carles posted a 176.
