CHARLESTON, S.C. – Bumping up the first 18 holes of the Tot Hill Farm Invitational to Sunday afternoon due to forecasted inclement weather, the Presbyterian College women's golf team has finished one half of the tournament (hosted by College of Charleston).
PC was the lone institution of the 13 schools who had each of their golfers complete the entirety of Round One. The remainder of Sunday's play was suspended due to darkness, meaning that the original plan to play three total rounds has been altered and the tournament will finish tomorrow afternoon once each team has completed 36 total holes.
Now with no Round Three in the cards, the Blue Hose sit in 8
th-place in the team standings at the moment. Sophomore
Sloane Spessard is just outside the top ten by hitting one over par, shooting 73 with three birdies.
