AIKEN, S.C. – Presbyterian Blue Hose sophomore golfer
Richard Anaclerio posted his second career Top 10 finish after pacing the Blue Hose with a seventh-place finish at the Cleveland Golf Palmetto Intercollegiate at the Palmetto Golf Club in Aiken, South Carolina.
Anaclerio shot a final round 69 to finish the tournament with a three-round score of 207 (-3) to finish in seventh place. Last season, Anaclerio finished tied for fifth at the Fripp Island Intercollegiate for his first career Top 10 finish. Virginia Tech's Ashton Harper won the tournament individual title with a three-round score of 202 (-8).
Presbyterian finished in ninth place after shooting a three-round score of  863 (+23). Campbell won the team title with a three-round score of 830 (-10).   Â
Notables
- Anaclerio tallied five birdies and nine pars on his final round.
- Sophomore Jeep Patrick finished tied for 23rd with a three-round score of 214 (+4). He shot a final round 70 with four birdies and nine pars.
- Junior Spence Hagood finished tied for 46th place with a three-round score of 220 (+10). On his final round, he shot 75 with three birdies and eight pars.
- Freshman James Rhodes posted a three-round score of 226 (+16). He shot a 79 with one birdie and seven pars on his final round.
- Junior Avery Barnes tallied a three-round score of 229 (+19). On his final round of 77, he recorded one birdie and 11 pars on his round.
