CLINTON, S.C. – The Presbyterian Blue Hose (0-7) won the Acro and Pyramid Events, in a 249.450 to 238.770 setback against the No. 11 Saint Leo Lions (5-1) at the Templeton Center on Thursday evening.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Blue posted a 34.20 score in the Compulsory Event with a 9.60 in the Pyramid Heat.
- Presbyterian outscored Saint Leo with a season-high score of 28.15 to Saint Leo's 27.95. The Blue Hose recorded a program all-time high score of 9.85 in the 7-Element Heat.
- In the Pyramid Event, Presbyterian outscored Saint Leo, 29.25 to 29.10, with scores of 9.80 in the Inversion and Open Heats.
- In the Toss Event, Presbyterian posted a score of 25.60 with a season-high tying score of 8.75 in the 450 Salto Heat.
- In the Tumbling Event, the Blue Hose tallied a score of 47.30 with a season-high score of 9.25 in the Open Pass.
- Presbyterian finished the meet with a score of 74.27 in the Team Event.
