CLINTON, S.C. – Junior Sloane Spessard of the Presbyterian College Blue Hose women's golf team has been selected as this week's Adidas / Game One PC Student-Athlete of the Week.

Spessard had a great week on the course for the Blue Hose, finishing in the top 15 at the Elon Invitational on Monday and Tuesday (Sept. 14-15). She led the team with 11 total birdies to place T14 at Elon, posting her third career top-15 finish at PC.

In her final round on Tuesday, she made a team-high five birdies, turning in a 73 to move up 11 spots on the leaderboard.

Spessard also delivered to begin the season last week at the Golfweek Intercollegiate on Sept 6-8 in Pawleys Island, S.C. She once again led the Blue Hose for the tournament with nine birdies.

The women's golf team will be back in action Oct. 12-13 at the Terrier Intercollegiate in Spartanburg. 





Game One
The Presbyterian College athletic department partnered with Game One - an official team dealer for Adidas - on a multi-year apparel agreement in November of 2022. PC's partnership with Adidas began in 2015 to outfit the Blue Hose athletic programs.
