2014: Appeared in 10 games and started in two... Earned his first career start against Georgia Southern (9/23)... Clocked 332 minutes, including a season-high 66 minutes against Longwood (10/18). 

High School: Served as team captain for the past two years and was named the 2013 Western Region Defensive Player of the Year and the KC Suburban Conference (Red Division) Defensive Player of the Year... A three-time First Team All-Conference selection, Van Wormer captured Western Region First Team honors in 2012 and 2013 as well...
