2016: Logged 30 minutes in four games…Put one of his three shots on target for a .333 shots-on-goal percentage.

2015: Played in five games ... Logged 74 minuts of playing time ... Played a season-high 35 minutes against USC Upstate (9/5).

2014: Played in nine games... Clocked 130 minutes... Logged a season-high 34 minutes against Pittsburgh (8/30) where he recorded three shots, one of them on goal. 

High School: Guided the squad to the regional finals in 2013 while serving as the team captain from the center midfield position... Earned honorable mention laurels as a sophomore and helped his club team to consecutive championships in both 2012 and 2013... Earned spots on the All-District Academic team in 2013 and 2014.

Personal: Matthew Austin Motakef was born on February 13, 1996, in Plano, Texas… Son of Shahin and Dawn Motakef… Plans to major in pharmacy and aspires to become a pharmacist… Cites his father as his biggest influence… Chose PC for the pharmacy program and Division I soccer.
