Spring 2021: Played and started in all seven games this spring for the Blue Hose secondary… recorded 35 tackles and an interception along with a pair of forced fumbles… 26 of his 35 tackles made were solo stops… matched his career-high with seven stops against Davidson in a home game that saw him record the game-sealing interception… he made six stops against Gardner-Webb along with a forced fumble… had three games with five tackles… added a forced fumble in the Blue Hose 31-16 victory over Morehead State… received honorable mention honors from the PFL…

2019: Played in 10 games while starting in nine games… totaled 39 tackles, three interceptions, four pass breakups… recorded five tackles, an interception and pass breakup against Mercer… recorded a career-high seven tackles and interception vs Eastern Kentucky… recorded five tackles and pass breakup at North Alabama… had six tackles and pass breakup at Merrimack… had five games with 4+ tackles…

2018: Played and started in nine games… totaled 40 tackles, one interception, eight pass breakups and he also forced a fumble… recorded a career-high six tackles on three separate occasions most recently against Campbell but also against Austin Peay and Hampton… recorded a tackle in all nine games he played in… had an interception against Hampton… recorded four pass breakups against Gardner-Webb, and three breakups against Monmouth… had a 21 yard reception on a fourth down conversion against Bluefield… Haygood set a single-game D1 record for the Blue Hose with his four breakups at Gardner-Webb…

2017: Played in eight games as a reserve...recorded three tackles on the year...blocked a punt against Saint Francis that was returned for a touchdown...had one tackle each against Wofford, Saint Francis and Charleston Southern
