A slick play from Bonnie Corrigan (Yorktown, Va.) and Goergen led to PC's third goal. Corrigan avoided a Wildcat triple team on her way behind the net, where she fed Goergen in front for a score. The goal marked Goergen's 12th and Corrigan's seventh helper.
From there, Davidson notched the final eight goals of the first half and added nine more in the second. Tay Lyles (Stevensville, Md.) entered the game early in the second half and stopped five shots.
