CLINTON, S.C. – The last of nine home matches for the Presbyterian College lacrosse team will take place tomorrow at 5:00 PM, hoping for a final postseason push versus the Winthrop Eagles.
Wednesday's action will be streamed live on ESPN+, with PC hoping to rebound from a hard-fought loss at Wofford over the weekend. Presby holds a current record of 4-11 overall and 1-5 in league affairs.
Just two more games are still ahead for the Blue Hose, as they'll travel to High Point on Saturday once the Winthrop duel is complete.
Three of the last four matchups in this series have been decided by two points or less, with the lone outlier being last year (a 16-6 decision for the Eagles in Rock Hill).
PC has been locked out of a top-four seed in the upcoming Big South Tournament, hoping to snatch one of the last two spots which are presently occupied by Longwood and Radford.
