Clinton, S.C. – The Presbyterian College men's soccer team used second half goals from
Cesar Sancho,
Voro Rivera Peris and
Mamadu Bah to defeat Erskine 4-1, on Friday evening at Martin Stadium.
The Blue Hose open the season 1-0 for the first since 2013.

Nacho Gallego put the Blue Hose out in front 1-0, in the 33rd minute on a through ball pass from
Pedro Crespo. PC nearly extended their led in the 41st minute on a header from
Jose Lado that was stirred away by a number of Erskine players.
The Blue Hose pushed their lead to 2-0 in the 62nd minute when
Luca Ziegler connected on pass with Sancho, who was able to head it just inside the right post.
Voro Rivera wasted no time lengthening PC's lead to 3-0 after
Phillimon Bedard-Khalid squeaked a pass through the Flying Fleet defenders for the Alzira, Spain native to fire into the back of the net at the 63:57 mark.
Bah increased the lead to 4-0 at the 77:50 mark but Erskine cut the lead to 4-1 when Carlos Portas converted a penalty kick.
By the Numbers
