Acrobatics and Tumbling Reveals 2023 Schedule

CLINTON, S.C. – The Presbyterian College acrobatics and tumbling program and head coach Kara Christian released their 2023 schedule. The schedule is highlighted with meets against five of the eight teams that made the 2022 NCATA National Tournament.

"We are looking forward to this season and the opportunity to play some of the best teams in the country," said Christian, who is in her first season at the helm of the Blue Hose acrobatics and tumbling program. "It is going to be a great opportunity to see our athletes rise to the occasion and learn and develop to where we want to take this program. With 19 returners and four key freshmen, we are really looking forward to building off of the success from last year's Nationals appearance as we move forward into this season."

The season begins with a home meet in the Templeton Center against Limestone, who participated in last year's national tournament, on Friday, February 10 at 7 p.m. Then, the Blue Hose travel to Texas to play seven-time national champ Baylor on Sunday, February 19 at 4 p.m. The Blue Hose close out the month of February with a meet at Lander on Thursday, February 23 at 5 p.m.
 
In March, Presbyterian welcomes to the Templeton Center two 2022 NCATA National Tournament participants Fairmont State on Wednesday, March 8 at 7 p.m., and Quinnipiac on Saturday, March 18 at Noon.
 
In April, the Blue Hose travel to Georgia to face Emmanuel on Sunday, April 2 at 3 p.m. Then, PC concludes the regular season in Pennsylvania against Gannon, a 2022 NCATA National Tournament participant on Friday, April 7 at 4 p.m.
 
The season culminates with the NCATA Championships at West Liberty University, April 28-30.
 
The Blue Hose return 19 letterwinners off a 2022 team that was nationally ranked and earned an at-large selection to the Synchronized Pyramid Event Finals.
