CLINTON, S.C. – Backed by a dominant outing on the mound from
Tristan McGregor, the Presbyterian College baseball team (16-16, Big South: 8-3) edged Longwood (8-23, Big South: 3-5) by a score of 3-2 on Saturday evening to secure the weekend series at the PC Baseball Complex.

- After a scoreless seventh, Randolph sparked the Blue Hose again in the eighth with a base hit. Dewberry followed with a go-ahead RBI double down the left field line to give PC a 3-2 advantage.
- Sean Hollister entered in the ninth and shut the door, earning the save and sealing the win—and the series—for Presbyterian.
