CLINTON, S.C. - The Presbyterian College Blue Hose women's cross country program has announced the addition of five talented runners to the 2025 roster: Lillian Anderson, Summer Covey, Sarah Danbury, Katie Stevenson, and Alexis Yueng.
Lillian Anderson
Harrisburg, N.C. / Metrolina Christian Academy
Part of a distance medley relay team that captured a national championship at the Adidas Nationals. Earned Adidas National All-American honors after helping her team finish first in the distance medley relay and fifth in the sprint medley relay. Part of Metrolina's two-time state championship 4x400 and 4x800 teams. During her high school career, she earned All-Conference honors in track, cross country, swimming, and soccer. Captain of her cross country and track teams all four years of her high school career. Helped her teams win numerous conference championships in cross country, track, swimming, and soccer.
Summer Covey
Brockville, Ontario, Canada / Thousand Islands Secondary School
Won her team's cross country MVP and Most Improved awards. Played an integral role on a cross country team that won the LGSSAA and EOSSAA to advance to the provincial championship in 2023. Played competitive hockey.
Sarah Danbury
Blythewood, S.C. / Westwood High School
Team captain who earned the teammate of the year award three times. Earned her team's MVP. Helped her team to a runner-up regional finish.
Katie Stevenson
Rock Hill, S.C. / South Pointe High School
Played a major role in helping her high school team capture a regional championship. Earned All-Region honors.
Alexis Yeung
Apex, N.C. / Apex Friendship High School
Ran cross country and track while also playing soccer in high school. Ran the 200, 400, and 800 during her track career.
