MORGANTON, N.C. – The Presbyterian College women's golf team is back for the first time since Feb. 16-17, competing in the Mimosa Hills Intercollegiate, hosted by Appalachian State at Mimosa Hills Golf & CC on Monday and Tuesday, March 30-31.
Maddie Peake, Taylor Reaves, Addy Parker, Emma Louise Hunt, and Gabi Carles will play for the Blue Hose in this week's tournament in North Carolina.
This will be the 12th time that Presbyterian has competed in the Mimosa Hills Intercollegiate. PC's highest ever finish in the tournament is fifth, achieving it in 2012 and most recently in 2024.

Format: First Two Rounds: 36-hole shotgun start at 9:00 am on Monday. Final Round: 18-hole shotgun start at 9:30 am on Tuesday.

LAST TIME OUT
- The Blue Hose competed in the Rivertowne Intercollegiate on Feb. 16-17, finishing in fifth place as a team in Mount Pleasant, S.C.
- Taylor Reaves shot a career-best 71 in the third round to finish in 11th place individually. Her final round 71 was the low round of the day and the second-lowest round of the tournament by any player in the field. Her final round included an eagle on the par-5 11th hole and a birdie on the third hole to vault up the leaderboard.
- Maddie Peake also had a strong showing in Mount Pleasant, finishing in a tie for 18th with rounds of 79, 80, and 79. She made four birdies in the tournament.
BLUE HOSE ROSTER
This is the first full season as the head coach of the women's golf program for Columb Knight. Knight, a 2024 graduate of PC, achieved numerous milestones as a player, including ranking seventh in PC's Division I era with a career stroke average of 74.93. His 2025-26 squad includes four returners, including Maddie Peake, Sloane Spessard, Taylor Reaves, and Emma Louise Hunt. Gabi Carles and Addy Parker highlight the freshman class for Coach Knight.

The Blue Hose will compete next Saturday (April 4)in the UNC Challenge Cup at UNC Finley GC in Chapel Hill.
