CLINTON, S.C. - The Presbyterian College baseball team (10-34, 6-11 Big South) dropped the second game of its three-game series against Radford on Saturday afternoon (April 25), suffering a 21-2 defeat at the PC Baseball Complex.
Amman Dewberry hit a solo home run in the third inning for the Blue Hose, but Radford compiled 21 runs on 22 hits to even the series.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Radford opened the scoring in the second inning after a scoreless first, plating a run on an RBI groundout.
- The Highlanders tallied another run in the third before Amman Dewberry answered back, getting the Blue Hose on the board with a solo home run to center field.
- Presbyterian trailed by just one until the fifth, where Radford began to separate. The Highlanders scored two runs to take a 4-1 lead.
- After tallying three more runs in the sixth, the Highlanders' offense blew the game open in the seventh. Radford poured in 10 runs on eight hits to take a 17-1 lead.
- Matthew Cannon ripped a double down the right field line in the bottom of the seventh and later came around to score on a wild pitch.
- Radford brought in four more runs in the top of the eighth to claim game two of the series in Clinton by a 21-2 score.

- Amman Dewberry hit his team-leading ninth home run of the season, his second homer in as many days. Dewberry extended his hit streak to nine games.
- Aidan Taylor posted his first career multi-hit game, going 2-for-3.
- James Green finished the contest 2-for-3 at the plate, extending his on-base streak to 18 games and his hit streak to 10.Â
- Connor Bradley recorded his first hit of the season.
- Matthew Cannon logged his first extra-base hit in a PC uniform, doubling in the seventh inning. He also scored his first run of the year.
- Ian Lindsay also posted his first extra-base hit as a Blue Hose, doubling in the ninth inning.
- Christian Charalambous started on the mound, tossing 3.1 innings. He allowed just two hits while striking out two.
