2025: Elevated even further in his last year as the Blue Hose embarked on a legendary campaign, starting 10 times and ranking fourth on the team with 46 tackles (25 of them solo)...Registered three interceptions (eighth in the Pioneer League) as PC won 10 games for the third time ever, becoming one of just 10 players since the D-I leap in 2007 to have at least three picks in a sole season...Deflected four passes in addition to his three INT's, setting a new career-high with eight tackles during a 21-point overtime comeback at Furman (9/6) which helped the Scotsmen start 7-0...Knocked down two pass attempts in the season-opener, a mammoth upset over #11 Mercer which was the program's highest-ranked win in history and snapped a 35-game PFL losing streak versus non-conference top-25 opponents...30 of his 46 stops occurred against league foes, including six apiece against Morehead State and Dayton...Combined for 12 tackles in the last three games of the fall, catching his fifth career interception in the end zone during a 23-9 triumph at St. Thomas (11/15)...Added a sack out of the secondary on Senior Day against Marist (11/22), helping the Blue Hose finish undefeated at home for the first time since 1998...His five career picks are tied for fourth in the school record book since turning Division I nearly two decades ago...Opposing quarterbacks held a mere 106 efficiency rating against Stroup and co., the fourth-lowest mark in the nation...Presbyterian's defense surrendered the fewest first downs in America, ranking second in FCS for total yards allowed and third in points per game against (16)...Stroup contributed to 22 total turnovers for PC's defense, the 12th-most in NCAA...Voted to the Academic All-PFL Second Team group...Selected for College Sports Communicators Academic All-District in back-to-back years with a 3.68 Business Administration GPA.

2024: Quickly became a rising star in Presbyterian's loaded defense, playing in 10 games which translated to 21 tackles and a pair of picks...In his Presbyterian debut at Erskine in the second week of the season, he completed a diving interception...Made his first career start in the PFL opener at Davidson (9/29) and rose to the occasion with a season-best seven tackles (two for a loss)...Posted another INT in the end zone to help slam the door on Dayton at Bailey Memorial Stadium (11/2), the second of a four-game winning streak that gave PC their first six-win season in 10 years...Had one pass deflection in each of the last three games, including a 30-27 triumph over #23 Butler (Presby's first W over a nationally-ranked opponent since 2014)...Named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District team.
