2025: Started every game for the second straight year as the Blue Hose embarked on a legendary season, winning 10 games for the third time in history and reaching as high as #16 in the AFCA Coaches Poll...Registered 28 tackles (18 of them solo) and deflected four pass attempts...Snagged an interception in the conference opener versus Morehead State, a 41-0 mauling which was the program's first shutout in a league encounter since 2006...With Ferrell in the secondary, opposing quarterbacks had an efficiency rating of 106, good enough to rank fourth in the nation...The PC defense ranked second nationally in third-down percentage allowed (30%) and fewest total yards given up per game (272)...Opponents scored just 16 points per contest against the Scotsmen, the third-lowest mark in America...Ferrell contributed to 22 takeaways from the defense overall, the 12th-most nationally...Had one tackle behind the line of scrimmage in back-to-back non-conference games, the first of which was an overtime comeback to take down Furman (9/6)...Posted an additional TFL in a road victory against St. Thomas, holding one of the best offenses in the division to fewer than 200 total yards and zero points...Tied a season-best with five stops in another clutch road W against Butler (10/11), helping the Blue Hose start the campaign 7-0.

2024: Played in each of PC's 12 affairs as a sophomore (including a starting nod at Davidson to open the PFL slate), totaling 16 tackles and two pass deflections...Thirteen of those stops were of the solo variety, including a personal-best four unassisted tackles versus Gardner-Webb in the non-conference closer (9/21)...Broke up one pass in both the season-starter and season-ender (at Mercer and versus #23 Butler), aiding a four-game winning streak to conclude the calendar.

2023: Found seven of his eight showings within the confines of Pioneer Football League action, lining up mostly on PC's special teams unit...Recorded his first tackle in a Blue Hose uniform against Davidson (10/28) in the Battle for the 1919 Cup.

Prior to PC: Landed at Presbyterian "thanks to the coaching staff who made me feel like family"…His biggest influence growing up has been his mother…Also participated in track and field while at Miami Killian Senior High School…His cousin, Jakob Ferrell, was a collegiate athlete at UMass…Intends to major in Engineering.
