Biography

2025: Fletcher's third and final season in a PC uniform was her best from a statistical standpoint, batting a career-high .324 (third on the club) en route to an All-Big South Honorable Mention shoutout...Collected more RBI than anyone else on the team (30), one of just 10 players in the league to have that number...Hit .345 versus conference opponents and led all Blue Hose players in total hits against Big South foes (19)...Doubled 10 times over the course of her senior year and blasted four home runs...Cleared the fence against Northern Kentucky, Valparaiso, and twice against North Carolina A&T...Starting all 50 games at rightfield, Fletcher batted an impressive .447 in the first 15 games of the season and logged eight RBI in a three-game period as the calendar turned to March...Her 48 total hits tied for second on the squad, touching 72 bases which translated to a .486 slugging rate...Drew nine walks and stole two bases, going on a 10-game hitting streak in February where she accounted for eight runs and 12 RBI in that window...Recorded a .355 average over her final 20 games, batting in 13 runs against conference challengers along with 13 multi-hit efforts altogether...Ends her PC tenure with 23 doubles and eight homers, scoring 49 percent of her career runs in 2025 alone.

2024: Following a breakout sophomore round, Fletcher was penciled in to the starting lineup 45 times in the outfield while going on to post nine extra-base knocks and a .214 average against Big South opposition...Assembled five multi-hit showings as a junior, including back-to-back two-hit efforts against Western Carolina and Winthrop in mid-March...Launched her first three-run homer in a PC uniform during the aforementioned visit to WCU, grabbing a trio of her 10 RBI in that bout...Reached a four-game hitting streak and five-game on-base streak near the closing stretch of the campaign, cracking a double in three consecutive clashes with Gardner-Webb and Radford...Totaled 38 bases on the year (17 of which came against conference enemies), successfully stealing twice while walking on 10 occasions...Delivered a walk-off single that allowed the Blue Hose to defeat Charleston Southern (Apr. 5)...Committed just four errors for a team that set a new school record for highest combined fielding percentage, collecting 45 putouts in total.

2023: Rapidly emerged as a top threat offensively when the schedule turned to Big South territory, batting a team-best .280 over the final 20 games of the calendar...Similarly slugged the highest clip of any Blue Hose member during conference action (.480), connecting on 14 of her 19 hits versus league opponents...Cleared the fence three times (all against Big South foes), while gathering four multi-hit efforts as she gradually earned a permanent spot in the order midway through the campaign...Across 30 appearances at rightfield, never committed an error in 23 chances, one of three PC players to land a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage...Found home plate six times in league meetings and 10 times altogether, lining up seven RBI and 32 total bases as a sophomore...Reached the most efficient OPS on the squad during divisional appearances (.774), hitting .410 over a seven-game window in mid-April...Recorded her first two-RBI game in the series opener at eventual conference champion Campbell (April 1), smacking seven extra-base hits on the spring.

Prior to PC: Spent her 2022 freshman season affiliated with Sun Belt representative Georgia State, appearing in seven contests while registering an RBI against Appalachian State (March 19)...Included on the Fall semester edition of the Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Prep: Established new home run and RBI records at Thomasville High School in the Peach State, becoming the first Bulldog alma mater to obtain an NCAA Division I scholarship...Batted .473 alongside 20 homers, 17 triples, 38 doubles, and 119 RBI, good enough to acquire an All-State nod in 2020 and 2019 along with a two-time Region Player of the Year status...Was a three-time All-Region performer in soccer as well.
