2025: Made an immediate impact for a program that had its greatest season this century, named a Freshman All-American by FCS Football Central for his electric play in punt return duties...Piled up 303 yards when returning punts, a new Blue Hose single-season record during the Division I era (since 2007)...As PC won 10 games for the third time ever, Harper averaged 14 yards per punt return which led all players in the Pioneer League and ranked seventh nationally...Returned four punts in a 21-point overtime comeback at Furman (9/6), one of which was a season-long 37-yard gain...Surpassed 50 special teams yards on three separate dates, including 64 yards on just three attempts during a 42-7 blowout over Stetson on Homecoming (10/18) to help Presby start 7-0...Scored his first collegiate touchdown on a seven-yard handoff against Valparaiso (11/1), the same day where he returned four punts for 53 yards to help PC finish undefeated at home for the first time since 1998...Caught three passes when lining up as a receiver, amounting to 17 yards.

Prior to PC: Played for Homestead High School in Florida and helped the Broncos to a 12-2 record as a junior...Selected for All-County during his prep career and graduated with honors.
