2025: Was an immediate impact-player for a team that won 10 games and started the season 7-0, getting 14 tackles while missing just once...Charted nine of those stops in a three-game window against Bluefield, Morehead State, and Butler, games that PC won by an average margin of 40 points...Grabbed an interception in the first half of an eventual overtime comeback against Furman, helping the Scotsmen rank 12th nationally in total turnovers as they rose to as high as #16 in the AFCA Coaches Poll...Presby ranked third in NCAA by giving up just 16 points per game, allowing only 272 total yards per contest which was the second-lowest number in FCS.

Prior to PC: Already a seasoned collegiate player thanks to a two-year stretch at Division II St. Olaf in Minnesota, Mikell heads south to Blue Hose country after helping the Oles muster a 7-3 record in 2024...He was credited with 36 tackles (seven behind the line of scrimmage), four sacks, a couple of pass deflections, one forced fumble, and one blocked kick during his time in the MIAC...Graduated on the honor roll and with perfect attendance at Southeast Bulloch High School in Georgia.
