2025: Battled through mid-season injuries to start 26 games at either leftfield or third base, playing in 33 games altogether...Managed 13 hits and eight runs scored in her final college campaign, going 3-of-4 in the opening weekend versus Morehead State along with another multi-hit effort at Longwood...Batted .368 over a five-game period in the first month of the season, hitting four doubles with seven RBI in total...Went 4-of-9 at the plate in a limited capacity against Big South opponents, logging two extra-base swings in the Longwood series.
2024: Enjoyed her best season in a PC uniform while morphing into the team's most-used lead-off batter, hitting .270 while starting all 51 games which included a team-best .339 BA against Big South adversaries...Switched between third-baseman and leftfield as a junior, shattering many career-bests by producing a team-high 49 hits along with a .314 on-base ratio (.381 in league competition)...Ranked second on the roster in both total bases (55) and runs scored (24), successfully stealing four times and drawing a walk on eight occasions...Posted 11 multi-hit efforts while erupting for three hits against five different opponents, combining to go 6-for-7 at the plate in back-to-back blowouts over Norfolk State near the season's beginning...Found a season-long five-game hitting streak (and six-game on-base streak) during the non-conference portion of the schedule, batting .421 in that span while scoring four runs...Blasted her fourth career homer in the game's first at-bat during a trip to Western Carolina (March 12), going on to be named Big South Player of the Week six days later following an incendiary series versus Winthrop where she went 7-of-11, slugged .632, and batted in four runs...Published her penultimate multi-hit day in a matchup against ACC rep NC State (Apr. 20), lining up five hits in the season's last six duels...Committed only three errors in 119 chances (.975) while helping the Blue Hose acquire a new school-record fielding percentage, assisting 40 times beside 76 putouts and three double plays...Named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District team.
2023: Maintained her role as a regular starter at the third base slot for 16 games until injury concerns thwarted the remainder of her sophomore campaign...Recorded a pair of runs batted in, including her first collegiate home run against Bellarmine (Feb. 10) in a shutout victory at home...Scored three times while earning a walk twice.
2022: Started 40 games while splitting time between the third base and centerfield spots as a collegiate rookie, lining up 27 hits and 35 total bases...Recorded 14 RBI while finding home plate 11 times...Tabbed as Big South Freshman of the Week on March 14 after a dominating series against Radford, sailing both of her home runs on the year in back-to-back days (both of the solo variety)...Was an instrumental piece in helping the Blue Hose advance to the conference tournament's semifinal round, blasting two doubles with an additional score versus Charleston Southern (May 12)...Stole a pair of bases during her freshman campaign, scoring a run in four consecutive league meetings near the end of March on two RBI and five hits.
High School: Two-time All-Conference, All-District and All-State selection (2018, 2019) … In first three high school seasons, batted .453, collecting 77 hits, 23 doubles, five triples, six home runs and 51 RBIs … Also played JV basketball for two seasons and spent one year on the tennis team … Member of the Beta Club, National Honor Society, National English Honor Society, National Spanish Honor Society and Friends for a Difference … Student Ambassador … Completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Program and enrolled in the IB Career Path program.

Personal: Born Kelby Ann Goodrum in Charlotte, N.C., to Chris and Kristi Goodrum … Older sister, Abbey, plays softball at Gardner-Webb … Chose PC because I loved the small school and small town atmosphere … The campus is beautiful and the school has a reputation for helping individuals become successful in their careers … Intends to major in Business Management and wants to pursue a career in event planning.
